Lately I have seen lots of self help books filled with ways to build your self esteem. This is okay but you really don’t want to get bogged down in a big old list of techniques and tips. Instead, building your self esteem should come from the ground up. First off just realize that this is a priority for you. What could be worth more than feeling good about oneself? Nothing that I know of. Therefore, prioritize one method and make that your little experiment. Allow yourself to exercise this technique over the course of the month and then evaluate what kind of results you have gotten. If it works then you should be able to see a notable increase in your positive self esteem. If it doesn’t work, then simply move on to the next thing on the list and give that the old college try. That’s how we do it.
