The Lemon Juice Diet For Quick Weight Loss

On the first day drink the juice of one lemon. The dose grows every day until you reach seven lemons in the seventh day. From day 8 decrease the dose until you reach one lemon in day 14. During this diet you are not allowed to try other juicer recipes.

This diet must be kept for 14 days. Take a 2 week break and then start again. During this time the diet should be very light. The regime is tough but the results are spectacular. If you want to check go to a quick weight loss center and see for yourself.

MONDAY:

Breakfast: Lemon juice, coffee or herbal tea, no sugar

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, 1 tomato, 10 ounces of spinach, 1 slice of black bread

Dinner: Green salad with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and lemon

TUESDAY:

Breakfast: Lemon juice, coffee or tea without sugar, possibly honey

Lunch: Green salad with olive oil and lemon with fried croutons of black bread, 2 slices of lean ham

Dinner: Vegetable soup, skimmed cow cheese

WEDNESDAY:

Breakfast: Lemon juice, coffee, tea without sugar, a biscuit

Lunch: 9 oz grated celery, 1 banana, 1 orange

Dinner: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 slice of black or graham bread, lettuce

THURSDAY:

Breakfast: Lemon juice, coffee, tea with honey and 2 biscuits

Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg, 7 oz of grated carrots, 7 oz of cheese, 1 slice of black or graham bread

Dinner: 1 yogurt, fruit salad

FRIDAY:

Breakfast: Lemon juice, 10 oz grated carrots

Lunch: 2 slices of black bread, drizzled with olive oil, 1 tomato, 2 tablespoons skimmed cow cheese

Dinner: Green salad

SATURDAY:

Breakfast: Lemon juice, 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of black bread, coffee, tea without sugar

Lunch: Green salad splashed with lemon

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 10 oz of grated carrots

SUNDAY:

Breakfast: Lemon juice, coffee, tea without sugar, 2 biscuits

Lunch: 1 fruit yogurt, 3 nuts, 1 apple

Dinner: 5 oz of boiled rice with salt and drizzled with olive oil, lettuce
