My New Pedometer Watch

So many people these days seem to be interested in getting healthy and getting into shape. I can’t say that I blame them, the United States is suffering from an obesity epidemic and health problems are rising while health care costs are sky rocketing. What’s I’ve found that really works for me is running and jogging. I never thought of myself as a runner but a few months ago I met a friend who ran the Boston marathon and suggested that I should give it a shot. I bought some new running shoes that day and started to hit the pavement.

After a few weeks my will power started to wane. It’s difficult to keep up the routine when you’re body aches all the time and you have to go to work and live the rest of your life. But I was determined and I heard about ways to use a pedometer watch to keep motivated. I went out and bought myself a new pedometer watch and suddenly I feel reinvigorated. If you’re struggling to motivate yourself you should get one to.
