So what is the quickest way to lose weight? Probably surgery but I’m guessing that isn’t what you wanted to hear. If you have the money for it, then that’s by far the fastest way to get rid of the excess fat in you body. The other way is to do what works, which is to eat less and exercise more. When I say eat less, I’m talking about eat less calories. You can actually eat more meals than you are now and still lose weight. When it comes to exercising and being on a diet, you need to be able to do it consisently. That’s how you lose the weight and keep it off. Compared to people who go on a diet every year just to gain it back and start over, being consistent is the quickest way to lose weight.
