How to Increase Your Vertical

Knowing how to increase your vertical is very valuable in todays society where athletes are among the highest paid individuals.  It many seem silly to some that there is so much emphasize put on jumping higher but when it can be the difference between a win or a loss it is very important.  Many sports require jumping as part of the sport.  The 2 most common sports that have jumping are basketball and volleyball but no sport requires more jumping than that of beach volleyball.  There is nothing that is harder to jump out of in any sport than sand!  So imagine who the best jumpers in the world are, you guessed it- beach volleyball players.  They follow a very well designed plyometric program to be able to jump that high and you can too.
