There are many home remedies for natural joint pain relief but which one is right for you? If you have joint pain and are overweight, it would be best for you to shed some weight. This is especially advisable for those who suffer from knee joint pain because it is the knees that carry the whole body’s weight. Going through a crash diet will not help though so what you need to do is to lose weight the healthy way. Adding more green vegetables to your diet is suggested along with taking in more water and fresh fruit juice. If you do this everyday, you will be shedding weight faster than people who go through crash diets.

Try to get a regular massage in your favorite spa at least once every two weeks. Increasing your blood flow will prevent your joints from aching. Apart from that, you can also try doing yoga or other forms of exercise. Building up your muscles is important so that they remain healthy even if they hurt from time to time.
