Facial Massage Techniques You Can Use

If you suffer from headaches or have very high stress levels, you can use some techniques borrowed from your facial massage masseuse to help out with the pain. Start by applying some facial massage oil to your hands and face. Once this is done, start with the top of your head and use your palms and thumbs to massage your forehead and your scalp. If you have pressure on your eyes, this can also be relieved by using facial massage techniques. To do this, start outside your eyebrows and tap the outside of your eyes as you move in a circle around the eyes towards the nose. If you just want to relieve overall tension, you can massage the entire face with circular motions with your palms and thumbs. By using these tips, you can help to reduce stress, headaches, and even give your complexion a better overall look in a few minutes every day.
