Pack your life into a suitcase – this seems like a pretty exaggerated statement, but it can certainly feel like this when going somewhere foreign for an extended period of time. It’s at this moment that we realize how much value we give to the things that we own. In addition, it’s the moment we have to carry everything we need around with us that we need to evaluate how important each thing we have. While in an apartment or house, one more small thing doesn’t make much of a difference, regardless of how useless it is. But on the move each and every thing must be critically analyzed.

In fact, learning how to pack a small suitcase has more lessons than the ability to pack one’s possessions into a small space. It also teaches how to get the most out of each item in daily life and how to really appreciate what is necessary and what isn’t. There might be certain things one needs while living a stationary life (furniture et cetera), but outside of this one can live with surprisingly few things.

In addition, living life out of a suitcase teaches how to appreciate how much space you really need. Chances are, while on the road you will not be able to live like a king. When your Alicante flights lands in the province it should be the start of a wonderful holiday. The province is located on the eastern side of Spain.  If you are looking for a hotel near the airport, sad to say there are hotels that are right next to the airport building. However, there are two very good ones a few kilometers away, around five minutes drive. These two are the Hotel Holiday Inn Elche and the Areca Hotel Elche.

Hotel Holiday Inn Elche

This hotel is a member of the Holiday Inn family so if you have already previously booked a room in Holiday Inn in any part of the globe, then you know what to expect from this well-known Hotel group. This particular holiday Hotel is situated 3 kilometers from Alicante International Airport. It is 5 kilometers away from the center of Elche and 12 kilometers from the capital city center. The location of this building is in a modern business park yet do not be dissuaded from staying here. The surroundings are extremely quiet.

Built in 2006, this modern hotel is equipped with 90 comfortably spacious rooms. The room amenities include a mini bar, a satellite TV with plenty of movies to watch and enjoy, and free wireless internet access. You will also find that three staff are polite, courteous, and very friendly.

The Hotel amenities on the other hand are varied. A guest will have no dull moments as the facilities that are on offer include a gym, sauna, bar and a restaurant.  There are lots of choices at the restaurant which serves an A la Carte Menu. All in all, finding a good accommodation and having an enjoyable experience in Orihuela is an effortless experience provided you are careful in you selection of the accommodations and pick wisely.
