Bubbly, joyful, imaginative and active, children really loves to play, play and play. Playing makes they express. It makes them show creativity and socialize with other children. It is a bit distracting that today, many children, especially boys spend hours playing computer games. To battle this problem, many toy manufacturers now offer toys that are highly motivating. Little Tikes Playhouse, for instance release not only one model house. They keep on innovating for the benefit of the kids and the parents.

Playhouses have been in the industry for so long. Many brands have existed but one of the most trusted today is the Little Tikes brand.  The people behind this company keep on researching about how children behave today. This gives them an idea on what playhouses are to be released. The playhouses they sell are all fun to use. But the choices have been complex. As more and more playhouses are released, the more that parents have to be wise and practical in buying. After all, playhouses are not cheap. For some parent, they decide on buying a playhouse that can be passed over to the next child.

The Little Tikes Country Kitchen was released on year 2005. Almost six years have past, it is still an in demand playhouse. Unfortunately, the company doesn’t manufacture this model anymore. But there are some available units in e-bay. This is basically colorful and has fun structures. Among all the models, it got almost all positive reviews from critics. Though there are other play kitchens available, this brand still stands out in many areas.

It allows children to play with three or even five other playmates because it is large. It offers multiple functions and diverse playing fields. According to the reviews, the best thing about it is that it is durable and can really endure long playing time.

Why Parents Should Buy Their Kids Walkie Talkie Toys

You may have bought your kids walkie talkie toys in the past but been decidedly disappointed with the quality. Most sets covered with the latest cartoon hero image typically have very poor clarity and range, so are generally destined for the rubbish bin. The idea behind the ‘toy’ is good though for many reasons so you just need to buy a decent adult set. These generally cost a lot less and once your child gets over the fact that they are black rather than having a Toy Story 3 image or whatever, they will soon get into their games and forget all about it. The functionality of adult versions are far superior and can even be used by you when your kids are not using them.

So why are walkie talkies so good for kids?

Free Communication

Kids love gadgets and probably already want a cell phone even if they’re really young as they’ve seen yours. Walkie talkies are just like cell phones but do not cost you any money for call charges.

This free communication means they can play in the garden or around your neighbourhood with their friends whilst keeping in touch for their ‘spy missions’.

They can also have a more practical use if say you go to the mall or a theme park and your slightly older children want a bit of freedom but you want the ability to get hold of them.

Exercise & Developing Skills

Walkie talkies are pointless if both children are close to each other. As such they will need to get out and about to carry out their games. There will be no more days when they are holed up in their room for hours on end. Typically they are used outdoors so they will get fresh air and exercise as they run around the garden or local park.

They will also develop certain skills without even knowing it. They will need be social to interact with their friend on the other set, encouraging quieter children to engage. They will also need to be clear in their communications – specifying instructions to each other clearly to be understood.

These are just a few of the plus points to walkie talkie toys. For less than $30, you could buy a set for your kids and encourage their imaginative play.

Ben 10 Figures – An Overview

After buying the must-have Ben 10 Omnitrix, your Ben 10 fan will ‘need’ a collection of Ben 10 figures to play with. Starting with the smallest you can buy packs of two 6.5cm Creation Chamber figures. These really do inspire your child’s inner creativity as the figures can be pulled apart, have their pieces mixed up and be put back together again to create a completely unique alien, such as Ghost Arms or Ben Mutt. Moving on to the 10cm figures, the standard versions are fully poseable and come with a mini figure that is used with the Ultimate Omnitrix. There is also a Deluxe variety that has an additional feature such as oozing goo or a launching net. The 15cm figures are also articulated, realistic and robust.  They have two features, such as Chromastone who has a projectile arm as well as a cool liquid you can see through his transparent body parts. There are two types of 20cm figures – stretch figures and alien heroes. The stretch figures are soft and can stretch up to three times their normal size by pulling and misshaping their arms and legs. The alien heroes can be ‘transformed’ into new toys that can either be used to fire missiles or launched into the air like a glider.
