Those who suffer from panic attacks experience an overwhelming sense of terror that can strike repeatedly and with little warning. For most, it is impossible to predict when a panic attack will happen and that leads to the constant fear and worry about the next attack. When a person has a panic attack, his heart beats is going up and down, he feels weak and dizzy and its members may feel numb and tingling. Some people may have chest pain and think they are having a heart attack. There is a sense of loss of control and an overwhelming feeling of dying. Panic attacks can last from minutes to 30 minutes of ore. These are some symptoms of panic attacks that has been measured by the researchers and doctors.

Some people only experience panic attack in their whole life once, but for others, panic attacks or unease is a usual occurrence and this is known as panic disorder. People with panic disorder are constantly worried about the next panic attack, and this can be very detrimental to their lives. For those who have more than the occasional panic attack, treatment is important. If left untreated, panic disorder can be very disabling and debilitating.

How to Prevent from Panic Attack

Fortunately, there are many ways to cure panic attacks naturally for panic disorder that do not involve drugs. One of the most effective natural treatments for panic disorder is cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT helps change thinking patterns of a person so they can see the problem more realistically. This helps them understand that their fears are not real, only perceived, which reduces and eventually eliminates the fear of panic attacks that occur on the side.

One of the most abused words is depression. Depression for most people is just plain sadness. But there is a deeper meaning to this word. Depression is a deep kind of sadness with a feeling of unworthiness of this life that we were given. It is a feeling of not wanting to live another day because of being feeling worthless for other people and one’s self.

It is a hormonal imbalance that makes people think that their life has no worth in this world. That they are just here on earth to fill the gap or to fill the missing link. Depressed people often think that it is better for them to die, at least they have served their purpose. They feel gloomy inside and out and could not find the peace of mind that they have been looking for.

There is nothing worst than feeling depressed. It’s a combined feeling of worthlessness, of not being wanted, of being like waste on this planet. It’s a feeling of being alone in everything that you do in life. No support, no lifeline.

There is no constant cure for depression but self healing and self acceptance. But it’s always best to cure depression before it leads to some serious ailment.

If one could not find contentment within him or herself, he or she will most likely be depressed most of his life. Depression could pull one down to the bottomest pit. And the only one who can pull you up is yourself because those who want to remain depressed will most likely wallow in their own pool of sadness.

Depression is not just sadness. It is the absence of color in one’s life. It is the absence of light in one’s mind. It is the absence of one’s will to live. It is the absence of one’s want to fight. It is the absence of love for one’s self.
