The use of liquid minerals as supplement has gained popularity to those who would want to stay healthy and fit. Being liquid in form, it is believed that they are able to reach the body cells faster than other forms of supplements or minerals. Most manufacturers made these minerals a major component of their so-called ionic bottled water.

If the body lacks minerals, vital organs will not be able to function well. Aside from that we will easily get diseases or deficiencies.
