I know the feeling of far too much stimulation, and the desire for just a tiny bit of peace and quiet. It can be extremely difficult to find in this crazy world. But, I do believe it is essential to get some for our sanity. It seems for the most part, we usually try to get a bit more peace, by simply adding to or covering up the noise. That usually means plugging in a pair of headphones that cover up the rukus with our own favorite music. Really, just another form of noise. Is that truly the best solution we can come up with. Well, it would seem so. What we really do, is get away from all the distractions. A special quiet place, where one can do meditation is nice. Yoga is one solution that seems to help me quite a bit these days.
