Instead, building your self esteem should come from the ground up. First off just realize that this is a priority for you. What could be worth more than feeling good about oneself? Nothing that I know of. Therefore, prioritize one method and make that your little experiment. Allow yourself to exercise this technique over the course of the month and then evaluate what kind of results you have gotten. If it works then you should be able to see a notable increase in your positive self esteem. If it doesn’t work, then simply move on to the next thing on the list and give that the old college try. I love to garden. I never would have figured myself to be a gardener… but I really enjoy it. Since I am an adventerous kind of person, I decided to build a shed (with some help from my family) and I started looking online for free garden shed plans. Surprisingly enough, there were some that I actually really liked. I downloaded them, and printed off the one I like the most. Next step… going to the home improvement store to get my lumber and supplies. Then I will – I hope – build this shed and have space in my garage for winter.
