For some reason there are some myths that just seem to permeate the acne community no matter what the doctors say. One for example is that picking or popping zits helps with acne or acne scar removal. Picking often jams the clog in the skin further and popping spreads the nastiness across your inflamed skin. Neither is good for you. Also, people tend to use herbal treatments and expect results now. The herbal treatments tend to be easier on your skin, but don’t work as fast as killing everything in a facial bath of peroxide. Another common mistake is assuming more or longer is better. If the medication says leave on you skin for 10 minutes don’t leave it on there for an hour. Chemical burns will hurt.

Many people are feeling the effects of the slow economy so they are tightening their belts and trying to look for ways to decrease expenses or cut certain expenses altogether. One area some are looking at is their cell phone plan and how much they really use it. They are wondering if they can cut back on usage and lower the monthly bill.
As they are looking for the cheapest cell phone plan that will still fit their needs there are many things to consider. Some are looking at unlimited plans so they can cut their land line, while others are looking at prepaid cell plans so they can pay up front and budget their time spent on the phone. Regardless of what plan you choose it’s important to re-evaluate your needs every so often to make sure you’re not paying to much for you current service. If so seriously think about changing it.

What is in Your Acne Cream?
Acne creams contain a combination of agents including salicylic acid, resorcinol and sulfur that relieve the symptoms of acne and help control future outbreaks.

Everyone fears getting approved for the card. This is not what your focus should be on when you apply for the card. Your focus should be on what you plan to utilize the card for. Once you are approved it is time to start trying to set standards on your money and tell yourself when its OK to utilize it or not.
